Vanilla cake mix consists of rolled and ground oats, flaxseed and rice flour. Confetti sprinkles and icing mix consists of yogurt and tapioca. 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon water and 3 tablespoons olive oil needed to make cake.

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bottom of an 8" round cake pan. In medium bowl, blend water, oil and cake mix by hand or with medium speed mixer until well mixed. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-28 minutes. Cake is done when inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before frosting and serving.
